MetadescriptionIn the future, the professions in greatest demand will be those linked to health, commerce and air conditioning. The job market is changing by leaps and bounds, largely due to the economic crisis and the strong rise of new technologies. Therefore, traditional jobs, although they have not disappeared and are not expected to do so, need to be reinvented. For this reason, in this article we have proposed to make an analysis of the situation of the labour panorama of our country with the objective of elucidating which are going to be the professions with greater demand in the next few years.
Regardless of the sector in question, there are undoubtedly three fundamental aspects that will have to be mastered in order to gain access to the professions in greatest demand. These are, in the following order, the knowledge of languages, the handling of specific computer applications and the ability to work, manage, lead and coordinate a team of people. On the one hand, knowledge of languages is essential. In fact, nowadays, not knowing English is already a very important disadvantage if we take into account the job offers that are published every day.
It is clear that Shakespeare's language will continue to be very important in the future but others, such as German, French and Chinese, due to the strength of these countries in the international economic panorama, will also be very important in these professions with greater demand. The fact is that a globalised world in which there are no longer any borders for commerce, knowing how to manage the Internet and, in particular, social networks, online shops and websites, seems to be of vital importance. In addition, the specialisation of software in certain areas of the professions with the greatest demand will require a greater number of qualified workers, and we should not forget to mention the capacity to work in a team, since, nowadays, most companies consider that the lone, individualistic employee is a thing of the past. In this sense, the ability to lead, manage and coordinate work teams to get the most out of each person is a highly valued quality in the professions with the highest demand, but focusing on the professions with the highest demand in the future, it must be said that health will continue to be the queen.
Nurses, medical researchers, caretakers of the elderly and disabled and, in general, any work linked to this sector will continue to be in demand. The same can be said of those linked to commerce and the economy as well as marketing, SEO positioning and advertising. However, there will also be sectors that, in the coming years, will become some of the professions with the greatest demand, for example, air conditioning. The fact is that climate change has gone from being an assumption to becoming a reality, making winters colder and summers hotter.
One example of this is undoubtedly what happened during the months of June, July and August, which, in most of Spain, have recorded the highest temperatures in living memory.
